Cancellation
I accept cancellations with full refund within 24 hours of payment. Cancellation after 24 hours will incur a charge equal to the labour and costs that I have invested in your research. If, once research is under way, I find that I am unable to identify a suitable amount of your ancestral information I will let you know and offer an alternative research angle or an appropriate refund.
Limitations on Purpose
I provide research backed up by reference to official documents but this is purely for interest and entertainment. I do not conduct research to provide legal confirmation for inheritance or parenthood purposes. I am not responsible for any financial losses incurred arising from any use of my research by you or any third party. Books and reports provided by Genealogy By Beech are not for use as part of a legal claim brought either by or against you.
